Blue bike dock with a touchscreen area map and a payment kiosk on a Boston sidewalk on a sunny day

The project

Boston Circuits reimagines the Hubway bike-sharing system by removing the friction that prevents casual cyclists from using shared bikes. The concept introduces dynamic dock balancing through an incentives program, promotes local businesses along routes, and reframes the onboarding experience so the system works for people who have never used it before. Developed as part of an Experience Design Master's program at Northeastern University.
